  • This poster was created circa 1900 by the artist Marcellin Auzolle (1862 1942). In it we witness the gentleman trying to entice his female companion into enjoying some of the Quinquina Liqueur made by Banyl Trilles in the Perpignan region of France. At that time the liqueur likely contained elements of cocaine which was thought to aid digestion.  We do not know much about the artist, Auzolle, but his limited body of work is very attractive.
This is an Original Vintage Poster; it is not a reproduction. This poster has been archivally mounted onto linen and is in excellent condition. We guarantee the authenticity of all of our posters.
