Here at The Ross Art Group, we like to say that “every poster has its story”. The exceedingly rare Cambodian travel poster Les Ruines d’Angkorby George Groslier is no exception. This poster’s story is one that is rooted in Imperialism, ancient religions, and one man’s quest to share the beauty of his homeland with the world.
This series of posters was designed by Harry Rogers (1929-2012), an Australian poster artist and graphic designer who worked for Qantas from the early 1950s through to 1985.
