Philippe Henri Noyer ( 1917 - 1985) was a French artist who was classically trained as a painter and illustrator in Paris. He is known for his lean, elegant figures and mastery of color. This vintage poster print was part of a series of images he created featuring famous hotels and vintage, luxury cars.
