Board the Aerolineas Argentinas and you can soon go fishing, like the happy gentleman in this poster! Featuring a DC-4 airplane, this poster was created for the major Argentinean airline to invite people to take a flight to Bariloche.
San Carlos de Bariloche, usually known as Bariloche, is a city in the province of Río Negro, Argentina, located in the foothills of the Andes mountains on the southern shores of Nahuel Huapi Lake. Domestic and international tourisms are the main economic activity in Bariloche throughout the year. A popular destination for Brazilians, Europeans and Israelis, Bariloche is the base for various excursions and activities, including fishing, whitewater rafting, and birdwatching. It also emerged as a center for skiing, trekking and mountaineering after extensive development of public works and Alpine-style architectures.
Aerolíneas Argentinas (“Argentine Airlines”), formally Aerolíneas Argentinas S.A., is Argentina's largest airline and the country's flag carrier. The company was founded in 1949 by the merging of four companies, and started operating in December of 1950.
