In the 1950s Reyn Dirksen made a number of posters to advertise travel to Holland. This vintage poster from 1952 uses traditional symbols, like wooden shoes and tulips, as well as sports equipment available for tourists, to represent aspects of the country. These are juxtaposed with photos of industry that show Holland as a place of both thriving businesses and pleasurable sights and activities.
This is an Original Vintage Poster; it is not a reproduction. This poster is conservation mounted, linen backed, and in excellent condition.
We guarantee the authenticity of all of our posters.
