  • Northland Ski Manufacturing Company produced skis,  ice hockey sticks, and other winter sports apparatus. The company was founded in 1911 by Norwegian-born Christian A. Lund in Minnesota. In its prime, the company manufactured equipment in Hastings, Minnesota, St. Paul, and Laconia, New Hampshire. Northland was the nation's largest producer of Winter Sporting equipment when this poster was published in the 1930s.
