Bornibus Mustard is a French advertisement from 1954 by the artist Fore. The playful character exclaims, “So Good!” as the spicy mustard reddens his face.
The Bornibus Company had a mustard factory close to the center of Paris and was a multi-award winning product. Their famous extra strong mustard was mentioned by Alexander Dumas in his 1873 “Great Dictionary of Cuisine.” Originally founded in Paris in 1867, Bornibus still produces mustard to this day.
