How to Participate in our Online Auctions - A Guide to our FAQs

Bidding in our online auctions can be a very exciting experience! Before placing your bids, we’d like to answer some of our most frequently asked questions. Our next auction is scheduled and can be viewed here.

Important Bidding Information:

Bidder Registration
All bidders must be registered and approved before the auction begins. To ensure you're approved in time, please register no later than 11:00 AM EST on Thursday, June 19, 2025.

Reserves and Absentee Bids
Most lots have a reserve price that exceeds the starting bid. If placing an absentee bid (submitted before the auction begins), we recommend bidding above the starting bid. If your bid meets the reserve and there are no higher offers, you will win the lot.

Why Place Absentee Bids?
We strongly encourage absentee bids if you are unable to participate live. Your highest absentee bid will only be executed if another bidder competes or the reserve hasn’t been met.

Phone Bidding
We are unable to accept phone bids once the auction is underway.

Post-Auction Process
Winning bidders will be contacted after the sale. Payment is due within 48 hours, and purchases will be shipped within five business days of payment.

Framing
Unless otherwise specified, all items are sold unframed.

Shipping
We handle all shipping in-house, fully insured, and ship worldwide. Our process is simple, secure, and designed with your convenience in mind.
