- Chanson d'Amour (Song of Love) was a three act French operetta created by Hughes Delorme and Léon Abric, which premiered in Paris on the 7th of May,1921. The operetta was an adaptation of Das Dreimäderlhaus, and is a fictionalized account of Schubert's love life adapted from the 1912 novel Schwammerl by Rudolf Hans Bartsch. The music was composed by Franz Schubert. The artist for this poster was George Dola and this was printed in 1936 using stone lithographic plates.This is an Original Vintage Poster; it is not a reproduction.
