Noyau de Poissy is one of the oldest liqueurs, and has enjoyed popularity since the 18th century. The beverage is produced by macerating apricots, almonds and spices in cognac, but the rest of the recipe is a closely guarded secret. It is served as an aperitif, mixed in cocktails, or added to desserts. It is considered a French classic. This vintage poster for the brand was created circa 1920 by the French illustrator René Feuillie.
