A lonesome Cocker Spaniard waits for his master, a sailor who has died overseas due to loose talk on the home front in this 1944 World War II propaganda poster by Wesley Heyman (1918-2002). During the Second World War, there was a constant concern in the United States about inappropriate information being overheard by enemy agents both domestically and abroad. This is the smaller size oft his image.
This poster is from a series of posters entitled "Because Somebody Talked!" which are part of the larger theme of Loose Talk Can Cost Lives.
This is an Original Vintage Poster; it is not a reproduction. This poster is conservation mounted, linen backed, and in excellent condition.
We guarantee the authenticity of all of our posters.

What Does 'Original' Mean?
We only deal in original vintage posters, never reproductions. This means that every poster is from the original print run, in the year listed in the description. Everything we sell comes with an individually signed certificate of authenticity, which we fully guarantee.
