Cappiello has used the sunny color yellow as a reminder of warmth in the clothing of the central figure, as well as the text.The Pellison Pere & Company was established in 1814, and not much is known about the company.Leonetto Cappiello (1875-1942) was an Italian poster artist who worked in Paris. He is known for modernizing advertising design for the 20th Century. In Cognac Pellisson, Cappiello remains true to his signature style.
