There is no greater player in baseball history than Babe Ruth. He electrified the crowds who came to see him during his career, mainly with the New York Yankees. In this poster, printed in 1971 and created by the artist Alcorn, the Union Camp paper company uses Babe Ruth's image to convey the Spirit of America by using the baseball items as well as the patriots holding the American flag and a hot dog.
