Woman in Nude is a c.1950 French Pin-Up illustration by Fabien Fabiano. Fabien Fabiano, a pseudonym for the artist Marie Jules Coup (1883-1962) was a French painter, illustrator and cartoonist. He attended the Colarossi Academy and studied under Alfonse Mucha. Fabiano specialized in sensual illustrations. His artwork was featured on postcards as early as 1910 as well as the humor magazine, Le Rire, New York Tribune and many others. Fabiano enjoyed exotic models and traveled to Tahiti as well as the Americas to find subjects for his artwork.
This is an Original Vintage Poster; it is not a reproduction. This poster is conservation mounted, linen backed, and in excellent condition.
