Woodstock at 50 : A Summer of Love

WOODSTOCK AT 50:

A SUMMER OF LOVE

Today marks the 50th anniversary of Woodstock. This concert - that almost didn't happen - is a touch point of not just an era, but an entire American generation.
We are so excited to celebrate this important anniversary with our original examples of the poster made for the concert. The imagery and design created by Arnold Skolnick is as iconic as poster art can get. While widely reproduced, it has become very difficult to find as an original. We have a handful of excellent condition examples in stock. Each includes a wonderful provenance; our posters come directly from Rona Roberts. Rona is the widow of John Roberts, one of the producers and promoters of Woodstock.  Click here to see our letter of provenance .
We are so excited to have this poster in our Gallery! Please remember that we are able to ship any of our posters throughout the world with ease, and are standing by to help with any questions you may have.
A spread from LIFE magazine's important special issue on Woodstock.
Richie Havens opened up the festival.
Acts played all night, including The Who at 4AM.

Jimi Hendrix's interpretation of The National Anthem is the stuff of legends.
