Brunnen is a Swiss resort town on Lake Lucerne in Switzerland. The views from the resort, as shown in this vintage travel poster, are breathtaking. The buildings are located on the steep mountain side shores of Lake Lucerne, between the crests of the Rigi and the border of the Fronalpstock in the Swiss Alps. This poster was created around 1905 to advertise travel by rail to the area. The viewer can see the beautiful scenery in this poster as well as note that there is fine dining overlooking the lake and tennis as well.
This is an Original Vintage Poster; it is not a reproduction. This poster is conservation mounted, linen backed, and in excellent condition.
