This poster was one of many issued in China to promote the rule of Chairman Mao. The title reads "Let us Advance on Great Winds and Great Waves" and was part of a group issued in the 1970's to promote the Cultural Revolution in China. This poster was intended for use in foreign countries rather than domestically. The actual title is Let Us Advance on Great Wind and Great Waves
