This vintage poster was created as part of a series for the Mercedes Corporation to present their victories in motor racing during the Grand Prix in 1955. That year Jaguar had just introduced new cars to Formula One racing and the rivalry between the two companies was intense. In this Grand Prix of Sweden Race in 1955, Mercedes 300 SLR cars won 1st Place with Juan Manuel Fangio and 2nd Place with Stirling Moss.
