This classic Italian design was created shortly after the end of World War II , in 1947, by the artist Adriana. It shows the naked woman enjoying the mineral waters of the spa of Salsomaggiore. The text below the central figure promotes the thermal cure resulting from bathing in the salt rich thermal waters of the area. Salsomaggiore Terme is a town and commune in northern Italy. It is located in the province of Parma, in the Emilia-Romagna region, located at the foot of the Apennines. It is a popular Spa town. The water is strongly saline. The main focus of the town lies in its baths, notably in the "terme" situated in the center of the town.
