We have not been able to locate any past references to this British WWII poster. Its imagery is strong and effective, with a dramatic nuclear bomb flume of smoke rising from the shores of Japan with the country's flag on display. British WWII posters are notably different in style from their American counterparts, often drawing influence from Swiss Object design with a focus on clean and precise imaging. American WWII posters tended to focus more on painterly and illustrative techniques.
