Keep The Home Fires Burning! is a 1942 World War II U.S.A propaganda poster. The image was commissioned by the United States War Production Board. The title is taken from an older British World War I song of the same name by John McCormack. The artwork makes use of a monotone photograph. The image prominently features the bare chested and muscular American worker as an allegorical figure for the U.S. production workforce.
