The Our America – Transmission of Electrical Power poster is the second of four posters in a set which were part of an educational series commissioned by the Coca-Cola Company in 1942 and created by an anonymous artist.

The series focused on American industry and were utilized as classroom aides during WWII. This specific poster was designed to demonstrate the numerous ways in which electrical power is transmitted. The predominant image illustrates a community flanked by 8 smaller vignettes which illustrate the multitude of ways in which electrical power is channeled.
