La Lepreuse is a poster advertising the Theatre National Opera Comique's performance of La Lepreuse by Granie. The opera is by the French composer Sylvio Lazzari, who was heavily influenced by the work of Wagner. La Lépreuse was composed in 1899 but not preformed until 1912. The image combines the medievalist style with Art Nouveau elements.
