A well disguised golden eagle stands watch over the Swiss Alps in this painterly poster by Eduard Stiefel. This poster was created to promote travel to the Gruabunden region of Switzerland, which is home to St. Moritz, Davos, and other magnificent ski areas. The same image for Pontresina and other destinations in Switzerland but Les Grisons is the rarest.

Eduard Stiefel (1875 - 1967) was a Swiss painter and poster designer. He is predominantly known for his travel posters, and not much else is known about his career or private life.
