Ricardo Mosner was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina in 1948 and currently resides in Paris. Influenced by his Argentinian heritage he created this charming image of a couple dancing the Tango. Bold use of color and shape accentuates the movement typical of the Tango. Mosner is a multi-talented artist who also does sculpture, murals, as well as performance art.
